Here’s how much the average property in Eastbourne costs

House prices in Eastbourne have risen in recent months, according to the latest figures.

The average house price in the town in May was £241,375, Land Registry statistics show – a 1.6 per cent increase on April.

This boost contributes to the longer-term trend, which has seen property prices in the area achieve 1.5 per cent annual growth.
