A £1million Sussex property is being offered as a prize in a £2 raffle competition.

Coles Hall, a 16th century tudor hall near Mayfield, East Sussex, is set in five acres of land and has been renovated throughout.

The historic property is now up for grabs in a ‘Win a Country Home’ competition, run by Mike Chatha, who raffles outstanding homes full time at Winacountryhome.com and Winyourdream.com.

Mike said: “How often do you get to win a £1m home for £2? Especially a magnificent 16th century tudor hall like this!

“Tickets are selling well, but we would like to sell as many as possible in order to maximise our charitable donation.”

Mike’s competition previously featured on TV and was won by 23-year-old Jemma Nicklin, a part-time admin worker who had just opened an ISA to start saving for a property.

He also offered his own £500,000 Shropshire home as a prize earlier in the year on Valentine’s Day.

Josephine Lisle, owner of Coles Hall, said she saw the ‘Win a Country Home’ competition and thought it was a great idea.
