Fifteen-year-old George Albertella has been training extremely hard in the youth classes with youth head coach Paul Senior. Senior said: “He’s ready and he’s game! George has been really putting the effort in and is becoming a talented boxer. “It’s time to let him loose and see what he can do!” George boxes an opponent from Littlehampton. Also, University of Brighton student and Eastbourne boxer, Brandon Spalding steps in to the squared ring for his first bout against neighbouring Kaine Brooks from Eastbourne Phoenix ABC. These should be two cracking bouts. Good luck to these boxers. Meanwhile Eastbourne’s 2019 national champion Billy Hipperson steps up in age group and boxes in the rearranged national semi-finals in Newcastle for a place in the national finals at super-heavyweight.
