Magistrates granted Arun District Council’s application to extend a closure order on 31 Ash Grove, in Bognor Regis.
The order was originally granted on June 5 for three months, preventing anyone from setting foot in the property in a bid to curb anti-social behaviour problems.

“Local neighbours have reported to us that they are able to come and go without fear and even able to use their back gardens again.”
The closure order will now remain boarded up and empty until December 5.
The order was the first of its type to be used by Arun District Council under new powers from the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
