Speed is not the problem on A21

Statistically, most accidents around 60/70 per cent, are caused by driver error and not speed, so the knee-jerk reaction of those in charge immediately calling for speed restrictions/more cameras is unfounded, so blaming speed and not the driver seems to be the default option.
Most problems on the A21 are caused by slow moving queues behind lorries etc. and people taking risks to overtake. This is especially relevant because there is no dual carriageway until Lamberhurst - closing the Flimwell section was insane especially when the whole road from Tonbridge to Hastings needs to be dualled.
