Worthing nursery open day success

Staff were on hand to welcome visitors and children were entertained with activities including hook-a-duck, face painting and egg hunting around the nursery, in Wellesley Avenue.
The nursery has been through extensive modifications to the interior of the building, in order to maintain an environment that is safe, stimulating and fit for purpose.

Hide AdLocal businesses and volunteers keen to support the charity have helped with the changes to the internal layout and decoration.
These have included new baby and toddler rooms, and a DIY SOS style makeover to the complex needs room and sensory room, including furnishings.
Nursery manager Rachel Martini and her staff have contributed to the vision and direction of the nursery.
Rachel said: “At Kamelia Kids, we endeavour to provide the best possible standard of care and education to meet children’s interests and needs in a safe and stimulating environment.”

Hide AdSince the nursery extended its services over a year ago, it has gone from strength to strength, offering a full day care service with breakfast, lunch and after-school clubs for children of all abilities.
A raffle was held on the open day and proceeds will be put back into the charity for the benefit of the children who attend the nursery.
