Young Sompting girl bungees to raise money for a ‘cool’ charity
Amelia Walker, of Coniston Close, Sompting, plunged 250ft at the Jolly Farmer Pub in Horne and raised more than £600 for the charity.
She said: “When I got up there it was scary but it was over really quickly.

Hide Ad“Mum put it in the school news letter and when I came back everyone was asking about it.”
She said she wanted to do an even higher bungee jump next year and when she is 16 she hopes to do a skydive.
Amelia’s mum, Tracy Walker said: “I was both terrified and extremely proud.
“She absolutely loved it. It was a really good day.
“I was tempted for about five minutes to have a go but then it wore off.
“Everyone’s said how amazingly proud I should be and it’s been quite humbling.”
