Hide AdCox said: “Harry’s got a great name and like Dermot Drummy, it will be his first job in (Football League) management.
“Having come from Watford under-23s, he’ll be looking to make his mark.
“He’s played at the highest level and will bring in more professionalism and discipline to the team.
“Judging by the way he played he'll want to play football and get the ball down.”

Hide AdCox also thinks highly of new assistant coach Feeney, who is a former Northern Ireland international.
He said: “I know him through playing against him and he’s a top man, he knows the division and I’m looking forward to working with them both.
“When we come back for pre-season it will be a fresh start.
“Players will be fighting their way into the team and hopefully it will be a good season for us.”
